2. We offer three variants of licence for our templates and all products sold on our site:

a. Simple Licence

If you're eager to create single project on the basis of our template, this licence is just for you. To get simple licence you should only buy a template at a regular price. This type of licence gives you no opportunity to share, redistribute or resell our template. In accordance to this licence you can't use template several times. You should purchase it again or buy a multi licence.

b. Multi licence

If you want to use our template for several projects, you should purchase a multi licence. If you buy a template or modify it for your client, the owner of site, must be one person.
This type of licence doesn't give you an opportunity to resell, share or distribute source files of our template.

c. Unique Licence

After purchasing a template at a unique price, you are the last person who buy it. We remove it from sales section of our website. It will never be sold at Virtuemarttemplates.org. The ownership is transfered to you. You can distribute, resell it or share it as you wish.

3. Template Design

You have no right to use the entire template design or it's separate parts for your projects.
You are permitted to use it only if you have bought template at a unique price.

4. Customization

You can make any changes or customization of our template according to your needs.

5. Distribution

You must not distribute, transmit, share or place source files of our templates on floppy disks, CDs, USB memory sticks or other electronic media.

6. Pefund Policy

VirtuemartTemplates.org offers intangible products and services. You must carefully read our Refund Policy before a purchase. All succesfully downloaded goods are not refundable, except the case if the product is not the same as on our live demo. You can read more information at our Refund Policy.

7. Ownership

You can not claim ownership to any of our product, customized or uncustomized, except the case you buy it at unique price. Our products are provided without warranty of any kind. Our company assumes no liability for any loss or damage arising in consequence of the use or inability to use any of our product.

8. Installation

You can do an installation by yourself. If you have any difficulties or can't cope with it, our professionals can help you to install a product for an additional price.

9. Manual Antifraud Check

Delivery of a product may be delayed for half an hour due to manual antifraud check or for a longer period up to 24 hours. Such investigation is necessary because of increasing number of fraudulent credit card transactions.

10. Third-parties Services

We use third-party services on our site for offering of certain services, but our site has no control over their work and is not responsible for any problems encountered. You should read the terms of use and policies of these third-party services and those provided on our site. If the terms of use or policies of third-party services, conflict with Virtuemarttemplates.org ones, you must abide by those which are presented on our site.

By accessing this website, you agree that all matters relating to your access to and use of this website and/or its products shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the State of Texas, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof. The parties specifically disclaim the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

13. You must not divulge any purchase information, such as Order ID, download link, etc.

We reserve the right to change terms of use at our discretion. They will come into force immediately after publication on our site. If you make a purchase, it means that you automatically agree to the present terms of use, existing on our site.

14. Upon our privacy policy you are not allowed to use our Free Website Templates for anything except creating your own site and practicing template customization. You may not place any of our free products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other data carrier and offer them for distribution or sale of any kind, without prior written consent from our company.
